“Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, he shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven: but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” - Matthew 5:19
I was once asked: “What are the commandments of Jesus?” and instantly replied, “Thou shalt love the Lord with all thy heart, with thy entire mind and with all thy soul”, and the second is, “love your neighbour like you love yourself. “
I know that He said that, and that these words embrace all of His commandments, but what are His commandments if not a command?

That doesn’t mean that we have to have a degree in theology. William Barclay, the English theologian put it this way: “...for Paul faith is always faith in a person. Faith is not the intellectual acceptance of a body of doctrine; faith is faith in a person. “
